It’s been a while since I have posted all of my favorite Whole30 Recipes in one place. *Most of these pics aren’t mine*. Feel free to omit / add ingredients as you’d like! I often add hot sauce / chili flakes / ghee to recipes when I want them to have a little more spice / flavor!
This shit is amazeballs. I usually double the recipe and add my own secret ingredients : A few shakes of liquid smoke / a good bit of Frank’s Reg hot sauce / and chipotle chili powder!
A good way to change up boring eggs and bacon! TIP – throw some bacon in the microwave while your eggs are cooking. I crumbled my bacon and threw that on top of my hash then mixed it all together with some Frank’s Red Hot – SO GOOD!
My favorite part about the crockpot – throwing ingredients in and letting it do all the work! I searched this recipe after having a SUPER delicious Mississippi Pot Roast when I wasn’t on my WH30. It was so good, I knew there had be a whole30 version out there somewhere. This juicy roast is served well over cauliflower rice or cauliflower mash! I followed the recipe and added my own touch – Lots of garlic powder, a bit of parsley and a big spoonful of Ghee directly on top of the roast. That way, the Ghee melts as the roast cooks. YUM!
Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE will love this. We ate this so quickly we made it again right away. Creamy, garlicy, and just the right amount of spicy!!!
Stephen loves this one! Simple, quick, and…. OLD BAY ! Can’t get much better than that!
Best served over cauliflower rice! You can replace the Verde salsa with regular if you prefer. So much more flavor then boring grilled chicken.
The Perfect WH30 Egg Salad
I came up with this recipe on my own. Super easy and nice to have in the fridge when you’re craving something!
10 Hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup WH30 mayo
1 tsp yellow mustard
S & P to taste
Secret ingredient – Old bay seasoning to taste (for me, it’s a lot!)
Mix together and refrigerate!
If you haven’t gathered by now, I love all things buffalo sauce. This is a delicious lunch or dinner time meal. TIP – You can stuff Zucchini boats with this same chicken by following this recipe – just skip the chicken part!
