Slow cooker “Country-Style”, Boneless BBQ Short Ribs
For this recipe I used a crockpot – and SKIPPED the water/stock addition. I sautéed my onions first in a pan then added to the bottom of the cooker. I added liquid smoke to the sauce and cooked on low for about 4 ish hours. I suggest checking your ribs periodically after the 4th hour. Once they fall apart and are cooking all the way through – you are done! I served over Roasted Cauliflower Rice.
